vipjl3 Privacy
Policy
Your privacy matters to vipjl3. This policy explains exactly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We have written this in plain English — not just legal boilerplate — so every Filipino player knows precisely where they stand.
Privacy at a Glance
Six things every vipjl3 player should know about how we handle your personal information before reading the full policy below.
vipjl3 is fully compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules. We are registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and maintain a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing our privacy program.
All personal and financial data transmitted through the vipjl3 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Account data is stored on secured servers with access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments to guard against unauthorized access or disclosure.
We collect identity verification documents as required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering law. This KYC process protects you — it ensures only you can withdraw from your account and prevents fraudulent use of your identity by third parties.
vipjl3 does not sell, rent, or commercially trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where we share data with third parties — such as payment processors like GCash or PayMaya — it is only to complete the service you requested.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have specific rights over your personal information — including the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data. vipjl3 provides clear processes to exercise all of these rights, detailed in Section 9 of this policy.
vipjl3 collects only the personal information that is necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and protect platform integrity. We do not collect personal data speculatively or retain it longer than required by law or operational necessity.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how vipjl3 ("vipjl3," "we," "us," "our"), operator of the online gaming platform at vipjl3.cam ("Platform"), collects, uses, processes, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("Player," "User," "you") who access or register on the Platform.
vipjl3 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
This Policy should be read together with the vipjl3 Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

- Legal obligation: Processing is required to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other applicable Philippine legislation.
- Legitimate interest: Processing is necessary for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming oversight — interests that do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
Sharing Your Data
vipjl3 does not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose stated:
- Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive transaction-specific data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are independently licensed and regulated in the Philippines.
- KYC verification providers: Authorized identity verification service providers receive copies of your KYC documents for the purpose of document authenticity checks. All such providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and data protection obligations.
- Game providers: Third-party game software providers may receive anonymized game session data for technical operation and RNG certification purposes. No personally identifiable information is shared beyond what is strictly necessary for game function.
- PAGCOR and regulatory authorities: vipjl3 discloses account and transaction data to PAGCOR upon request and as required by our operating license. Mandatory reports may also be made to the AMLC in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Law enforcement: vipjl3 may disclose personal information to Philippine law enforcement agencies or courts when required by a valid legal order, warrant, or subpoena, or when necessary to prevent an immediate threat to safety.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
vipjl3 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in during your visit. They cannot be disabled without disrupting Platform functionality.
- Functional cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings and game lobby filters to improve your experience on return visits.
- Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized data about how players navigate the Platform — which games are popular, where players drop off — to help us improve the product. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.
- Security cookies: Help detect unusual login patterns, duplicate account attempts, and suspicious device changes that may indicate account compromise or fraud.
You may control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality, including the ability to remain logged in during a session.
Data Retention
vipjl3 retains your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your active vipjl3 account relationship, plus five (5) years after account closure — as required for PAGCOR compliance and anti-money laundering obligations.
- KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later, in accordance with AMLC record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction records: Bet history, deposits, and withdrawal records are retained for five (5) years from the date of the transaction for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if the communication relates to an unresolved dispute or regulatory inquiry.
- Marketing preferences: Retained until you opt out, at which point your contact information is removed from active marketing lists. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to prevent re-inclusion.
Following applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification.
Your Rights
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 grants Philippine data subjects the following rights with respect to their personal information held by vipjl3. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or through the live chat support function.
Request a copy of the personal information vipjl3 holds about you, including the purposes for which it is processed and the categories of recipients with whom it has been shared.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information. For account details, most information can be updated directly from your vipjl3 account settings.
Request deletion of your personal information in circumstances where retention is no longer necessary, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data under PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
Object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to our overriding legal obligations.
Request a structured, machine-readable copy of personal data you have provided to vipjl3, where technically feasible and where processing is based on consent or contract.
If you believe vipjl3 has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
Data Security
vipjl3 implements technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Key security measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and vipjl3 servers.
- Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing — vipjl3 cannot retrieve your plaintext password.
- Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.
- Audit logging of all access to sensitive personal data, including KYC documents and financial records.
- Regular penetration testing and security audits conducted by qualified third-party cybersecurity specialists.
- An incident response plan aligned with NPC breach notification requirements — if a personal data breach occurs that poses a real risk of harm, affected players and the NPC will be notified within 72 hours.
While vipjl3 takes all reasonable precautions, no system is completely immune from security risks. We encourage you to protect your account by using a strong, unique password and enabling SMS Two-Factor Authentication from your account settings.
Children's Privacy
If vipjl3 discovers that personal information has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete or anonymize the personal information collected, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by our operating conditions. Any funds in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the vipjl3 Terms & Conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered a vipjl3 account, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at [email protected].
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of the third-party service providers used by vipjl3 — such as game software providers and cloud infrastructure vendors — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, vipjl3 ensures they are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and applicable NPC circulars, which require that the recipient country provides a comparable level of data protection, or that appropriate contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC) are in place.
vipjl3 does not transfer KYC identity documents or Philippine mobile/banking details outside the Philippines except where strictly required for regulatory compliance and subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
Policy Amendments
vipjl3 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever changes are made. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the vipjl3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Contact & Data Protection Officer
vipjl3 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
